Do you offer certificates?
Yes, many courses include a certificate recognized by Canadian studios and agencies. Certificates include your legal name and course hours.
For employer reimbursement in Canada, we provide itemized receipts with tax numbers where applicable.

Are prices in CAD?
Yes, all prices are shown in CAD by default.
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province: GST/HST, PST (BC, SK, MB), or QST (QC), where required.

What formats are available?
Self-paced, cohort-based, and 1‑on‑1 coaching options are available.
We schedule live sessions across PT, MT, CT, ET, and AT time zones to support learners nationwide.

Do you issue T2202 for tuition tax credits?
For eligible programs that meet CRA requirements, we issue T2202 tax receipts. If applicable to your enrollment, they are available by late February for the prior tax year.
Short workshops that do not meet the minimum hours generally do not qualify.

Is French-language instruction available for Quebec learners?
Yes. We offer bilingual support and selected cohorts in French. Study materials and captions are available in English and French for supported courses.
Invoices can include QST details where required.

What is your refund policy?
Self-paced courses: full refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of the content is completed.
Cohorts and coaching: full refund up to 7 days before the start date; partial credits thereafter depending on attendance and materials access. Province-specific consumer protection rules are honoured where applicable.

Do you comply with Canadian privacy laws?
We follow PIPEDA principles. Accounts, progress, and billing data are processed with encryption.
Primary data residency is in Canada for core learning records; limited cross-border processing may apply for payments with standard contractual safeguards.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and Interac e‑Transfer for Canadian customers. Receipts include GST/HST/PST/QST where applicable.
Companies can request an invoice with PO and tax breakdowns for expense processing.

Can companies in Canada book team training?
Yes. We provide private workshops with bilingual coaching on request. Invoices can be issued per province with appropriate tax lines (GST/HST, PST, or QST).
Volume discounts apply for teams of 5+ learners.

We aim to meet AODA/WCAG 2.1 AA. Lessons include captions and transcripts where available. Please contact us to arrange accommodations in advance.

Do you ship equipment kits across Canada?
For select coaching packages we provide starter kits. Standard shipping covers most Canadian addresses; remote area surcharges may apply.

Learners must be 16+; those under the age of majority in their province require guardian consent.

Time zones and scheduling
We post session times in your local browser time zone. For cross‑Canada cohorts, we rotate start times to balance PT and ET availability and adjust for daylight saving.
